Introduction

We are on a mission at Friend2Talk to inspire millions of users worldwide to make genuine connections without fear of rejection, judgment, and safety.

We are committed to offering you a secure and safe environment where you will be able to connect with others and just be yourself by establishing and continuing to keep a one-to-one environment that respects your privacy and safety. Toward that end, we also understand that the online community has instances of abuse and misuse and therefore will respond in accordance with company values and community guidelines.

Our community guidelines set out what is okay and what's not okay on the site. They're made to foster a free, genuine, and open conversation that aid in creating space where you'd feel comfortable just being yourself. Safety and trust are of the utmost importance to us, and we work every day to improve our technology and enforcement procedures to remove and/or block harmful content and activity when we become aware of it. We also ask you to report offensive behavior or material which you may see so that we can review it against our policies.

Underage

We do not permit children on our websites. We use the latest detection technology and human initiative to prohibit underage age users on our website. Our age verification is implemented via artificial technology and a KYC audit that helps us achieve a general and detailed account assessment of users. Human moderators will check suspected accounts by our computer program or user reports and act accordingly.

Safety

At Friend2Talk, we believe that people should be safe to really engage with one another, and we make every effort to make our users, especially children, feel safe. We are committed to making a community environment that is a safe place where harmful or unpleasant behavior content cannot exist. Our policies are used to minimize potential online harms by focusing on child safety, offensive content, and criminality.

Violent and Hateful Behavior

• Violence, hatred threatening, inciting or encouraging content or behavior on our site is prohibited.
• Such content involving hateful behavior towards someone based on race, nationality, religious background, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, and disability is forbidden.
• We leave out individuals or groups that glorify, promote, or employ violence, including hate groups, terrorist groups, criminal groups, and non-state armed groups.

Adult Content:

• We do not allow any nudity or sexual acts display on our platforms to avoid our community from abusive conduct like publishing unauthorized intimate pictures, child content, exploitation, or soliciting sex. Examples include and are not limited to
• Near Nudity/Nudity:
• same-underwear mirror selfies/videos: see-through clothes
• swimwear/bikini photos/videos
• your or other individuals' naked photos/videos showing exposed breasts, genitalia
• Near nudity
• Computer-generated Nudity for sex content or sexualization of children.
• Adult Sex Activity: Sexual explicit images/videopgraphs such as sexual intercourse, stimulations, or arousals.
• Sexually Explicit Language: It is strictly advised that users have a sensitive nature towards words and adhere to our safety guidelines in interactions with people. Certain of our members globally may be offended with this type of content and activities, which would disable the ability of people in building real relationship with the mass population.

Bullying & Harassment:

• We at Friend2Talk promote diversity in our community and respect among all our users with zero tolerance for discrimination.
• We have a zero-tolerance policy against harassment and bullying of any kind and any form of intimidation by any other user.
• Abusive language or behavior can potentially have a negative effect on mental well-being and health, and result in severe distress to someone. As a result, material that is intended to shame, threaten, or humiliate a person is prohibited on our sites.

Child Safety:

• No children on our platforms. No exceptions. We have zero tolerance for underage content and never permit the presentation of sexual abuse or content compromising children. In the event that we are alerted to underage content or child exploitation imagery, we reserve the right to report this to authorities and the offending account will be removed; for instance, but not exclusively:
• Content that threatens, represents, engages, makes statements of intent, or contains links of sexually exploited children engaging in any form of sexual activity. This is but not limited to:
• Visibly explicit sexual intercourse
• Implied sexual intercourse
• Stimulation
• Content that incites or encourages involvement in pedophilia
• Solicitation: Soliciting child sexual exploitation content, nudes or sexualized images of children is not allowed

Suicide & Self-Harm:

• Our top priority is safety, and we would like our site to be a place where people can share their experiences and help one another. But if you believe and know that an individual is at risk of harming themselves, call local emergency or support services.
• We do not permit individuals to praise, celebrate or glorify suicide or self-harm, considering the risks involved in these actions.
• Content that gives directions for, incites engagement in, or applauds self-harm or suicidal content will be deleted from our platforms.

Illegal or Criminal Activities

We have a right to report any of them to the proper authorities.

• Treatment of Criminal Behavior: Any content or activity that is prohibited by any applicable law, e.g., assaults, kidnappings, counterfeiting, human exploitation, smuggling, or trafficking.
• Sexual Solicitation: We do not allow content that solicits, promotes, or enables sexual services between adults (i.e., prostitution). We restrict this to deter perpetrators from using our platform for purposes that may involve human trafficking, intimidation, and coercing into unwanted sex acts.
• Human Exploitation: Material soliciting, promoting, or facilitating recruitment of prospective victims by means of force, coercion, deception, blackmail, or other non-consensual means is forbidden.

Regulated goods: We prohibit users from portraying, soliciting, buying, selling, or exchanging the following: non-medical drugs, pharmaceutical drugs, marijuana, and weapons.

Exchanging, buying, selling, offering endangered species or non-endangered animals is prohibited on our sites, including soliciting for or organizing poaching.

Private Information:

We disallow the posting of private and confidential information about yourself or other individuals to secure our community's privacy, and we can delete any user account that shows personal identifiable information. Any posting of private information without authorization is also disallowed and for that purpose, coercing an individual to disclose their private information or personal information of others, identity theft, or impersonation is not allowed as well. Some examples of private information:

1. Government-issued identification: National IDs, passports, social security cards, driver's licenses, etc.
2. Personal identifiable data: actual, legal name, email address, location, residential addresses, etc.
3. Passworded digital identities with pins and codes to access confidential information.
4. Financial data: Bank account numbers (including pin or security codes), payment methods, credit, or debit card details with confidential data (expiration dates, security pin codes).

Integrity

Trust is what our global online community is based on, and thus inappropriate material or users with the aim to scam, mislead or cheat other users is not allowed nor accepted on our sites. That is why we have established rules in place regarding authenticity, fraud, and deceptive practice.

Account Authenticity:

• We don't allow impersonating or misleading people on our site, including but not limited to
• Utilizing other people's images with the clear aim of misleading other people about your identity.
• Forging an account pretending to be or represent another individual or entity in order to mislead other people.

Name Policy:

We invite our members to use the name they are known by in everyday life, identify with, or otherwise that which is important to them. A name enables others to understand who they are communicating with and to create an honest and respectful space.

A name can't contain:

• Numbers, Symbols, or alternative characters from multiple languages
• Sentences to act as a substitute for a name
• Inappropriate, suggestive, or offensive words of any nature
• Sexualising or inappropriate emojis

Deceptive behaviour and Spam:

• At Friend2Talk, we do our best to leave users with a good experience and thus make every effort to restrict the occurrence of content created to mislead or intended to make our user unable to connect with people naturally.
• Negative or deceptive or experiences that risk undermining our sense of security of trust in people our community relates with, thereby making us always strive to avert bad guys from misusing or interfering our products in methods that may hurt or hinder enjoyment by other community members.

Pictures, Shares and Video Streaming Guidance

These contents violate the policy:

• Any minors' content shall be prohibited.
• Photos with the intention of impersonation or deliberately misleading users about your identity.
• Faceless photos (including those focused on sexualized body parts).
• Near nudity (including photos in underwear, bikini, shirtless, mirror selfies, etc.)
• Adult-themed and sexually explicit content.
• Any type of advertising and solicitation.
• Imagery displaying harassment, bullying, hate speech, and illegal activities.
• Regulated goods such as weapons, drugs, etc
