1.1 This document is a public offer from Friend2Talk LLC, outlining the key terms for using its telecommunication and data transfer services.
1.2 The agreement is between Friend2Talk LLC, represented by its CEO, and the user (either an individual or a legal entity).
1.3 The user fully accepts these terms by either agreeing to them explicitly or by using Friend2Talk services. The agreement stays valid until either party decides to end it.
1.4 By accepting, the user agrees to all terms, making this a legally binding agreement for using Friend2Talk's services.
1.5 Friend2Talk may update these terms from time to time and will publish any changes.
2.1 Users can accept the Terms & Conditions in two ways:
2.1.1 By selecting an acceptance option in the Friend2Talk service interface.
2.1.2 By using the service, which is considered as agreement to the current terms.
2.2 Users can only make calls to the destinations provided by Friend2Talk.
2.3 Free call durations are set by Friend2Talk and may be changed at any time.
2.4 Paid calls are charged per minute at rates set by Friend2Talk. Prices may change, and a full list of destinations and rates is available online at [tariffs].
3.1 Friend2Talk Responsibilities
3.1.1 We will strive for superior quality paid calls, but we can't always be perfect. Quality of a call may be reliant on several variables like your internet connection, local network, firewall setup, service provider, or power supply. We can't be blamed for delay, break in connection, or unexpected technical problems.
3.1.2 We will support and service your account for easy use.
3.1.3 We will have our system operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so that users can access services whenever they want.
3.1.4 If there is a technical issue halting you from using Friend2Talk, we will attempt to fix it.
3.1.5 We will provide users with all the details they require regarding how our system functions.
3.1.6 If you encounter technical problems, we would be glad to receive reports and feedback to improve our service.
3.1.7 We will give you instructions on how to configure your device to use Friend2Talk services efficiently.
3.2 Rights of Friend2Talk
3.2.1 We may limit, suspend, or end your access if you violate these terms, are violating the law, are engaging in fraud, or are causing harm. Suspension of your access constitutes notice of termination. If we have your e-mail, we will send you a termination notice.
3.2.2 We can modify our services and products based on customer needs, technological changes, or legal requirements. Improvements, upgrades, or the withdrawal of some services are all encompassed in modifications.
3.2.3 We determine the duration of the free calls and can change the period at any time without notice.
3.2.4 We select where free calls are permitted and can change these at any time without notifying users first.
3.3 What You Must Do
3.3.1 You must give us correct and timely information so we can run our service properly.
3.3.2 You cannot copy, sell, or give Friend2Talk services to others without our written approval.
3.3.3 You must not use viruses, malware, or harmful software to damage or change our system.
3.3.4 You cannot send spam, fake messages, or pretend to be someone else on Friend2Talk.
3.3.5 You must not use Friend2Talk to bother, threaten, or invade someone’s privacy.
3.3.6 Keep your device safe and help stop spam and harmful software.
3.3.7 Use Friend2Talk only for legal activities, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
3.4 Your Rights
3.4.1 You can say no to any extra services that you did not agree to
4.1 What Information Friend2Talk Collects:
4.1.1 Your password and email.
4.1.2 Call information (number called, date, and length). Friend2Talk does not record your calls.
4.1.3 Text message content and numbers.
4.2 How Friend2Talk Uses Your Information:
4.2.1 To verify your identity.
4.2.2 To collect data for service improvement.
4.2.3 To analyze and improve call quality.
4.2.4 To inform you of updates or problems.
4.3 Sharing Your Information:
4.3.1 Friend2Talk ensures your privacy and maintains your data confidential.
4.3.2 Your data will not be sold, rented, or given out unless laws demand.
4.3.3 Information may be shared by Friend2Talk to comply with legal demands, prevent fraud, defend its services, or provide safety.
5.1 You may apply for a refund for unused Friend2Talk credit by sending an email to [email protected].
5.2 Friend2Talk ensures user privacy and maintains personal data confidential.
5.3 Refunds will be declined if Friend2Talk believes that you are abusing the policy (e.g., constant refund requests, rule infractions, or fraud).
5.4 Refunds will be made via the same payment method that you used.
5.5 This policy does not negate your statutory rights.
